Fees

Services are self-pay. As an out-of-network provider, I do not bill insurance. If requested, I am happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company to seek any available out-of-network reimbursement. *Superbills are not available for all services offered, (e.g., the couples services insurance will not reimburse for).

Accepted forms of payment: Credit cards, debit cards, FSA/HSA cards, and cash.

Payment is due at the time of service
.

Limited reduced-fee appointments are available.

I reserve a limited number of appointments at reduced rates for clients who would otherwise be unable to access my services. Reduced fees are generally 15–25% below my standard rates and are available based on financial need and appointment availability. Not all services are eligible.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

Under the federal No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who are not using insurance an estimate of expected charges for medical and mental health services.  You are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate covering expected non-emergency healthcare and related costs.

I provide every client with a Good Faith Estimate at intake,

based upon services requested and my professional assessment of current needs.

You may also request an estimate before scheduling or anytime during treatment!

And you may dispute bills exceeding your estimate by $400 or more.
